Description

As the CRM and Data Manager, you will develop and deliver CRM and customer strategy across all brands, with the aim of driving lifetime value from customers through targeted communications and customer journey management.

On a day to day basis you can expect to:

  • Line manage 3 people and have marketing budget responsibility for circa £500k
  • Own and develop the customer segmentation models across all brands, working in conjunction with other departments to drive effective targeted campaigns and provide data insight to the wider business.
  • Develop the CRM strategy for all sub-brands in conjunction with the digital and marketing team to drive sales.
  • Develop the customer communications journey across sub-brands with the aim of increasing sales and engagement.
  • Create a 'best in class' CRM/Data culture, managing, inspiring and supporting your team.
  • Develop segmented and targeted customer communications such as eCRM, Direct Mail, SMS etc to drive demand.

Experience

The position of CRM and Data Manager requires someone with an abundance of experience in a similar role and someone with a passion for supporting and managing a team.

To be considered, you'll need to demonstrate you have/are:

  • Degree educated and have experience in CRM and Campaigns, including lifecycle and mission led journeys in complex data environments. Also Data Insight Management experience with clear examples of how insight has delivered commercial value. Any experience of B2B CRM would be highly advantageous.
  • Data and results driven, with a focus on customer engagement/value. Able to to develop customer segmentation and apply to customer and digital campaigns.
  • Extremely strong analytical skills, highly numerate and excellent excel.
  • Team management experience a must, as is digital marketing experience and a passion for the IOT.
