Due to phenomenal growth, we are now looking for an ambitious and tenacious candidate success manager to join our growing Midlands team! Someone who has bags of drive and enthusiasm and a real passion for the creative and marketing sectors that we recruit in.
Supporting our ever-growing team in all aspects of recruitment, from candidate management through to admin and marketing. You’ll work extremely closely with the Directors and senior members of the team and we’ll give you plenty of training and support (both hands on and external training) to ensure your success and enjoyment in your role.

Ideally you’ll have some exposure to the creative and marketing sector, but this isn’t essential. What we are definitely looking for though, is someone who shares our passion and mission to take recruitment and the creative and marketing sector to the next level!!
