They're now looking for an Account Director who has experience across both brand and digital marketing. Able to work with senior level clients and challenge, support and bring their ideas to life. It goes without saying that you'll be responsible for the commercial development of your accounts, seeking out opportunities to further increase revenue and build on the relationship with the clients. All whilst keeping one eye on the profitability of projects you are overseeing.

You'll work alongside the senior management team and in particular Client Services Director and be involved in developing brand and marketing strategies for some extremely well known clients in both B2B and B2C sectors. As well as hands-on delivery of projects across brand, creative, web, social and beyond.

Key Responsibilities as Account Director:

  • Managing long-term agency-client relationships at a senior level
  • Taking the lead on creating, writing and presenting workshops, pitches and strategic presentations
  • Facilitating brand, strategy and discovery workshops and overseeing the resulting analysis
  • Owning the clients brand and marketing strategy across the agency and ensuring that all work is aligned to this
  • Lead delivery teams, plan resources and project schedules
  • Briefing projects, strategic objectives and tactical requirements into creative, technical, content and search teams, both within the agency and externally
  • Analysing accounts and campaigns to assess ROI for our clients


To be considered for the role of Account Director, you must be able to demonstrate you have:

  • Experience working within an agency and in-depth understanding of brand and marketing. Able to add value across brand, strategy, tactical marketing and digital.
  • The ability to provide strategic direction for client accounts and experience working on large integrated accounts - delivering through the line campaigns
  • Experience facilitating brand, strategy and discovery workshops and overseeing the resulting analysis
  • Proven team management and leadership experience. You’ll be leading your team to consistently deliver to the highest quality and standards (and on time and to budget)
  • Excellent written, oral and presentation skill
